ASWAP — Print Farm Management & 3D Printing Automation Software

Manage printers, organize production queues, control print jobs, track print history and build a more efficient multi-printer workflow from one Windows application.

ASWAP is the software layer of the INNOCUBE3D automation ecosystem — designed to work alongside hardware such as SwapMod as we move toward more automated 3D printing production.

Beta software: ASWAP is under active development and testing. Start with non-critical print jobs and verify your printer, network and material setup before relying on longer unattended workflows.
Production Control

One Control Center for Your Printing Workflow

ASWAP is designed for users who have outgrown managing every printer, file and production task individually. The goal is simple: reduce repetitive work and make multi-printer production easier to understand and control.

01

Manage Printers

Add supported printers, view reported device state and manage multiple machines from one application.

02

Organize Jobs

Import prepared print files, assign jobs to printers and keep upcoming production organized.

03

Build Farm Queues

Manage production order, planned copies, printer assignment and job state from Farm Queue.

04

Review Production

Use Dashboard and History to understand previous print activity, interruptions and production status.

Real Beta Interface

Built Around Real Print-Farm Tasks

ASWAP separates production into practical workspaces instead of forcing every function into a single screen.

More Than a Remote Printer Screen

ASWAP is being developed around production workflow, not simply remote access to a printer.

  • Jobs management
  • Print Farm
  • Farm Queue
  • Filament / material workflow
  • Print history
  • Printer configuration

Prepared Print Files

ASWAP Manages Production — It Does Not Replace Your Slicer

Prepare and slice your model using compatible slicing software first. ASWAP is focused on managing prepared jobs, printers and production workflows.

Prepare the Print

  • Slice the model for the correct printer.
  • Verify nozzle, material and build-plate settings.
  • Save or export the supported sliced print file.

Manage It in ASWAP

  • Import the prepared file.
  • Assign the target printer.
  • Configure material workflow where required.
  • Add it to production and control the job.
INNOCUBE3D Automation

Hardware + Software + Print Farm Automation

ASWAP is not being developed as an isolated utility. It is the software layer of a larger INNOCUBE3D automation system.

A

ASWAP

Printer management, jobs, queues, history, material workflow and future automation logic.

S

SwapMod

Mechanical automatic build-plate handling for supported Bambu Lab A1 workflows.

24/7

Continuous Production

Our long-term goal is to help one operator manage more printers with fewer repetitive manual interventions.

SwapMod Workflow

Remote One-Click Plate Change

For supported SwapMod A1 setups, we are also testing a one-click plate-change workflow that can be launched as a prepared task. This makes it possible to trigger a physical plate change remotely without manually standing beside the printer.

Beta Workflow

Remote Plate Change

A prepared SwapMod task can perform one plate-change cycle and finish as a normal printer task.

For SwapMod Users

Designed for Convenience

Useful when a finished plate needs to be removed and a fresh plate loaded before the next production task.

Automation Direction

From One Completed Job to the Next

The deeper ASWAP + SwapMod workflow is still under development. The target is a safer, more structured production cycle.

  1. Queue Prepare and organize upcoming production jobs.
  2. Print Run the active job on the selected printer.
  3. Cool Wait for appropriate plate-release conditions.
  4. Change Plate SwapMod performs the physical plate-change sequence.
  5. Verify Confirm the workflow state before continuing.
  6. Next Job Continue to the next prepared task when conditions are met.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is ASWAP?

ASWAP is INNOCUBE3D's Windows software for printer management, print-farm workflows, job queues, material-related workflows and production history.

Is ASWAP free?

ASWAP Beta is currently free. Future advanced print-farm or production-management features may use a different pricing model, but no final paid structure is being announced on this page.

Do I need SwapMod to use ASWAP?

No. ASWAP can be used for supported printer and production-management workflows without SwapMod. SwapMod adds physical automatic build-plate handling.

Can ASWAP manage multiple printers?

Yes, multi-printer management is a core part of the current Beta. Supported functions vary by printer model and software version.

Does ASWAP replace Bambu Studio?

No. Prepare and slice your models with compatible slicing software first. ASWAP focuses on managing prepared print jobs, printers and production workflows.

Does ASWAP support AMS?

ASWAP includes Beta material and AMS-related workflow options for supported configurations. Users should continue verifying filament assignments and printer state before starting production.

Can ASWAP automatically change build plates?

Full integrated automatic plate-changing coordination between ASWAP and SwapMod is still under development. SwapMod provides the physical plate-changing hardware.

What is Remote One-Click Plate Change?

For supported SwapMod A1 setups, we are testing a prepared one-cycle task that allows the printer to perform one physical plate change and then finish normally.

Which printers are supported?

Supported models depend on the current Beta release. Development and testing currently focus on selected Bambu Lab workflows including A1-class systems. Check the current download information before deployment.

Is ASWAP ready for critical production?

ASWAP is still a Beta. Test your own printer, network, material and workflow before relying on it for unattended or critical production.

Where can I report a bug or request a feature?

Use the INNOCUBE3D contact page and include your ASWAP version, Windows version, printer model, reproduction steps and screenshots or logs when possible.
